We are seeking a detail-oriented and analytical IT Programmer Analyst to join our global team. In this role, you will be responsible for developing, implementing, and maintaining software applications while analyzing business requirements and providing technical solutions.Analyze user requirements and develop software applications to meet business needsDesign, code, test, and debug complex software programsCollaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and resolve technical issuesPerform system analysis and recommend improvements to existing applicationsDevelop and maintain database structures and queriesCreate and maintain technical documentation for all projectsParticipate in code reviews and ensure adherence to coding standardsImplement and maintain version control systems for all software projectsProvide technical support and troubleshooting for existing applicationsStay up-to-date with emerging technologies and industry trends Essential Duties/Responsibilities:Collaborate with management, departments, and users to identify requirements and specificationsGatheri business requirements/analysis to create new software programs and systemsProduce code based on requirementsTest and deploy programs and applicationsTroubleshoot, debugg, maintain, and improve existing softwareCompile and assess user feedback to improve software performanceDevelop technical documentation to guide future software development projects
