Efforts would be focused on nationwide tax legislative and regulatory proactive and reactive initiatives. Conducts research to advise management of the tax and related implications of legislative activities. Develops advocacy material for nationwide legislative initiatives including position statements, policy background documents, sample testimony and supplemental narrative in support of or in opposition to proposed state and local tax legislation and regulations. Assists in federal legislation that deals with state and local tax rights. Responsible for meeting all required deadlines. Works on extremely complex taxation related problems where analysis of situations or data requires an evaluation of intangible variance factors. Exercises judgment within broadly defined practices and policies in selecting methods, techniques and evaluation criterion for obtaining results.Ready to join our team?
