Description We are searching for a meticulous and dedicated Legal Assistant to join our team based in Atlanta, Georgia. In this role, you will be essential in managing various tasks, including handling immigration forms, organizing immigration packages, and maintaining a comprehensive calendar. You will be working in an environment where you will have your own workspace, and you will be part of a close-knit team that values effective collaboration. Responsibilities: Act as a primary point of contact for client communications, ensuring all inquiries are addressed promptly and professionally Draft, review, and prepare immigration forms and packages with a keen eye for detail Maintain an organized and up-to-date calendar for the immigration attorney, scheduling appointments and meetings as necessary Monitor and manage client accounts, taking necessary actions as required Collaborate with the team, sharing knowledge and insights to ensure smooth operations Adapt to a hybrid work model after the initial on-site period, demonstrating flexibility and commitment Uphold the highest standards of confidentiality and discretion at all times, respecting client privacy and sensitive information.Requirements Must possess excellent drafting skills, with a focus on legal documentation, contracts, and correspondence. Proficient in calendaring, including managing and coordinating appointments and deadlines. Strong skills in client communication, both written and oral, are required. Previous experience with family-based immigration is required. Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines. Strong organizational and multitasking abilities. Proficient in Microsoft Office suite and comfortable learning new software as needed. Excellent interpersonal skills and detail-oriented demeanor. Must be detail-oriented and have the ability to work independently as well as part of a team.
