Our team is responsible for empowering these partners to best support the needs of runners along their journey.Who we are looking forWe are excited to add a new Manager to our Nike North America Running Specialty Group (RSG) Marketplace team based in Atlanta, Georgia! This Manager of RSG Partners will lead a team of passionate sales reps across the Southeast region to bring our Running marketplace strategy to life! This leader will work cross-functionally with sales, merchandising, brand marketing, and operations to deliver seasonal product assortments, marketing activations, and consumer connections to runners across the region. Similarly, you will have experience leading, building and developing teams, as well as aligning multiple constituencies within large organizations.You will bring a passion for and demonstrate an understanding of the vertical running industry, its competitive landscape & the consumer dynamics that are shaping modern running culture. We empower you to develop, apply, and lead all aspects of sales activities for the Southeast field sales team by maintaining positive relationships with key customers and accounts in order to influence and complete account plans. We partner with you to implement and analyze business plans and performance targets. You are the voice for Running Specialty product priorities and partner with the product and category business groups to develop programs and processes to achieve revenue targets and strong brand positioning. You lead the team in realistic and accurate scenario planning, forecasting, seasonal initiatives, business analysis, and new sales opportunities. We empower you to prepare, plan and deliver clear and persuasive product presentations at sales meetings. Additionally, you will provide leadership, inspiration and mentoring to an experienced team and contribute to the broader organizational commitments and culture.Who you will work withIn this role, you will be part of the larger North America Partners Performance team and a member of the Running Authenticators team. We work cross-functionally with Sales, Marketing, Merchandising, Marketplace Operations & Planning.What You Bring

5+ years’ overall business experience that includes field sales, retail buying, merchandising, sales business planning, or sales business analysis

Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field is preferred or equivalent combination of education, experience or training

Prior field sales management in the athletic industry and or consumer products industry strongly preferred.

Shown experience implementing sales programs, policies, procedures and methodologies.

Expertise with financial decision-making models and translating results into business plans and accurate revenue forecasts.

Highly developed verbal and written communication skills with an ability to clearly articulate goals and objectives.

Proficient doer able to champion sophisticated account needs both cross functionally and vertically within the organization and with the customer.

Highly developed presentation and facilitation skills.

Strong knowledge of the athletic industry both from product knowledge and marketplace trends.

Experience using Microsoft Office tools and Sales/Account Management systems.

Ability to travel up 20-30%; this leader will dedicated time in market with reps, PREs, and accounts.
