About the opportunityJoin our Xplor Pay vertical as a Market Development Representative to make a real impact every day. We say that because we know that every conversation we have, every code line we write and every interface we design is another opportunity for us to enrich our customers’ experiences.Reporting into the VP of Business Development and Sales, you will help us generate new business opportunities by identifying, qualifying, and engaging with potential customers. You will play a key role in supporting the sales pipeline by setting up high-quality meetings for our Account Executives and contributing to the overall success of the business development strategy. Some of the other responsibilities include:Prospect into target accounts via cold calling, emailing, and LinkedIn outreachQualify leads based on business needs, budget, and decision-making authorityBook meetings for Account Executives by clearly articulating our value propositionMaintain accurate activity and lead data in our CRM (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot)Continuously test and refine messaging to improve conversion ratesMeet or exceed weekly/monthly KPIs (calls, emails, meetings booked, etc.)Stay up to date on industry trends and product knowledge- The average base salary pay range for this position is $65,000 to $85,000 Location: You can work fully remote in this position, provided you have eligible working rights, and you are in a time zone with enough overlap to collaborate with your team.#LI-Remote
