Position: Marketing Coordinator with Design Skills

Our real estate client in Buckhead is hiring a Marketing Coordinator with Design Skills for a full time opportunity!
In this role, you will have to:
- Spend 50% of the job creating and working on long format design templates in InDesign and Photoshop
- Provide marketing support to busy teams of brokers in areas of corporate communication, business development, and commercial real estate
- Create and maintain online property listings and website content
- Deploy email campaigns, track sales leads in SalesForce, and maintain databases and distribution lists
- Execute polished customer service skills to internal teams and outward clients
- Attend to public relations, email communications, social media strategy, and community outreach initiatives
MARKETING COORDINATOR QUALIFICATIONS:
- 3+ years of applicable marketing / design work experience
- 2+ years experience designing in InDesign, Photoshop, and Illustrator
- Bachelor's degree, preferably in marketing, communications, advertising, or public relations
- Experience with any Salesforce CRMs
- Ability to execute event/trade show logistics
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Experience with answering customer service phone calls
- Ability to excel in fast-paced environment with quick turn-around deadlines
- Ability to take constructive criticism and make edits accordingly
- Team player mentality and positive attitude
BONUS if you have:
- Success in sales role or sales support role
- Photo editing and color correction experience
- Background in commercial real estate marketing or experience interfacing with brokers
- Familiarity with Apto real estate CRM
