WHAT YOU WILL CONTRIBUTE

The Marketing Manager will play a key role in developing the marketing strategy for the industry's leading specialty product brands, including Jandy, S. R.Smith , Taylor, Cover Pools, and Grand Effects.

This dynamic, fast-paced position puts you at the center of defining the go-to-market strategy, execution plan, and budget allocation. This position will lead a mix of external agencies and internal cross-functional teams, including media, web, and creative. This position is responsible for providing direction and will work closely with these experts to ensure programs and tactics are on strategy, brand, and budget and meet agreed-upon timelines. This role requires excellent communication skills and the ability to collaborate closely with business leaders and product managers to develop comprehensive, best-in-class marketing plans that drive sales and help meet larger business objectives . Additionally, you will:

Conduct market research and analysis to identify customer needs, market trends, and competitive landscape and translate these insights into actionable marketing plans.

Develop and implement comprehensive go-to-market strategies for Fluidra's commercial and specialty products division, aligned with overall company objectives.

Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams, including engineering, product management, creative, and sales, to ensure effective product positioning, messaging, and differentiation.

Create compelling marketing campaigns, content, and collateral that resonate with target audiences and drive brand awareness, demand generation, and customer acquisition.

Craft clear and concise creative and content development briefs for internal MARCOM support teams and external agencies.

Develop and maintain marketing calendars and project timelines.

Manage the specialty marketing budget via monthly reconciliation and forecasting. Develop annual bottoms-up marketing budget pitches and ad-hoc budget simulations.

Oversee the production of marketing materials, ensuring high-quality and consistent branding and messaging across all channels and touchpoints.

Conduct regular analysis of marketing campaign performance, leveraging data and analytics to measure success, identify areas of improvement, and optimize future strategies.

Stay up-to-date with industry trends, emerging technologies, and best practices in marketing, and provide recommendations for innovation and continuous improvement .

WHAT WE SEEK

6 + years of marketing experience focused on product marketing and brand management.

25% Travel. Atlanta based roles need to visit Carlsbad, CA office quarterly (min.), as well as support dealer meetings and tradeshows.

Passion, creativity, and a sense of humor are a must.

Experience developing and executing go-to-market strategies, preferably in the B2B or commercial products space.

Ability to understand the product, the target consumer, and the competitive landscape and craft unique marketing strategies to reach them

Proven capability to build trust within the organization and communicate honestly and clearly

Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to effectively engage and influence stakeholders at all levels of the organization.

Proven track record of creating compelling marketing content, including both internal presentations and external marketing campaigns that drive engagement and achieve business objectives.

Strong understanding of product positioning, messaging, retail, CRM, digital, and media and how they all work together

Analytical mindset with the ability to leverage raw data and metrics to measure campaign performance, identify trends, and make data-driven decisions.

Must be self-motivated and results-oriented, able to work independently and manage multiple projects simultaneously in a fast-paced environment with a drive for continuous improvement.

Strong attention to detail and follow through with little prompting from supervisor.

Comfortable dealing with ambiguity and adaptable to changing priorities and business needs.

Proven ability to solve problems by anticipating obstacles and outlining backup plans well in advance.

Proficient in marketing automation platforms, CRM systems, paid media, retail (distribution) POP systems, and how they all work together.

EDUCATION

BA/BS in marketing, communications, business, or related field.

Expected salary range is $100 ,000 - $135 ,000. Fluidra offers a comprehensive total rewards / benefits program that includes base salary, annual bonus based on performance of individual and company objectives, competitive 401K matching, paid vacation and sick time, full range of health benefits, educational assistance, etc. The actual salary offer will carefully consider a wide range of factors, including skills, qualifications, experience and location.
