Description We are offering a contract employment opportunity for an Office Manager in Atlanta, Georgia. The successful candidate will be responsible for supporting operational activities, overseeing vendor relationships, managing equipment and supplies, and fostering client relationships. This role operates within a busy office environment and requires proficiency in various accounting software systems and Microsoft Office Suites.Responsibilities: Support the Senior Site and Assistant Facility Managers in maintaining smooth office operations Oversee the management of vendor relationships and ensure service levels are met Manage office equipment and supplies, ensuring availability and functionality Develop and maintain strong client relationships, ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction Coordinate maintenance and operational activities within the office Handle accounting and finance related tasks, ensuring accuracy and compliance Use Accounting Software Systems, Microsoft Excel, and Microsoft Office Suites to perform daily tasks Conduct Accounts Payable (AP) and Accounts Receivable (AR) operations Handle billing functions and resolve any customer service issues Utilize ADP - Financial Services for financial management. Requirements Minimum of one year experience as an Office Manager or similar role Proficiency in Accounting Software Systems Experience with ADP - Financial Services Advanced skills in Microsoft Excel, Microsoft Office Suites, and Microsoft Outlook In-depth understanding of Accounting Functions Experience with Accounts Payable (AP) and Accounts Receivable (AR) Knowledge of Billing Functions Strong Customer Service skills Excellent organizational and leadership skills Ability to multitask and prioritize work Strong communication and interpersonal skills High level of discretion and ethical approach to work Ability to work independently and as part of a team High School diploma; additional qualification in Office Management is a plus Robert Half is the world’s first and largest specialized talent solutions firm that connects highly qualified job seekers to opportunities at great companies.
