Essential Duties and Responsibilities:
OIM Developers with 12c Upgrade experience Development of enhancements, BAU activities and ongoing support for Oracle Identity Management (OIM). Experience with Connectors: Active Directory, RACF, Workday and MS Exchange.

1. Work as a technical expert with clients, analysts, programmers and other team members to develop solutions within the Oracle Identity and Access Manager suite.
2. Responsible for program design, coding, testing, debugging and documentation.
3. Prepare detailed specifications from which complex programs will be written.
4. Instruct, direct, and quality assure the work of other programmers and analysts.
5. Provide application support, which includes problem research, analysis, resolution, and on-call support.
6. Work with QA/Testing groups to resolve issues and to ensure software quality.
Minimum years of IT experience required 10+
