This position is responsible for assisting the Operations Innovation team with a variety of projects that support the creating, testing, and rolling out of net new operations innovation to address identified business challenges, including piloting and implementation of technology efforts.RESPONSIBILITIES
Assist Manager of Operations Innovation with implementation, testing, and business case validation for approved projects.
Participate in cross-functional working teams by attending in person meetings and conference calls to support collaboration on delivering key project tasks.
Assist withwork measurement studies, analyze throughput, and conduct cycle times to improve operational efficiencies
Assist with implementing operational processes for new systems, equipment, procedures
Assist with development of project update communications and participate in project recap presentations to executive stakeholders
EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE QUALIFICATIONS
Required Minimum: Enrolled in 4-year college degree, completed at least Junior year
Required Minimum: knowledge of Microsoft Office applications
Preferred: relevant experience in restaurant or retailindustry
