Location: Remote Job SummaryThe Oracle Financial techno Functional Consultant provides end-to-end solutions that address clients' business requirements and solve business problems using Oracle Cloud applications, with the ability to work with multicultural teams including onshore/offshore members. Strong finance business process knowledge and hands-on Oracle Financials Cloud experience is required to provide business solutions reducing the use of PaaS solutions.Responsibilities Work closely with the client to analyze business requirements and design end-to-end solutions using Oracle Financials Cloud
Perform fit gap analysis and resolve functional issues
Design, configuration, testing, deployment, training, and release management
Serve as liaison between functional and technical teams to drive solution design specs
Be an active member within company's Oracle technology communitiesRequired Skills:
8+ years Techno Functional with Oracle implementation experience with Cloud Financial applications with strong knowledge in GL, AR, AP, FA, CM, Ebtax and SLA
Oracle Financials Cloud/Primarily Accounts Payable module
Oracle BIP Reports development
Invoices creation - FBDI. Familiarity with the FBDI template. ESS Jobs to Run. Interface Tables and to fix Invoice Rejections
Suppliers, Sites - Important default values. FBDI Loading of Invoices.
Payment Batches
Payment File Customization
Reconciliation process with bank statements received from Banks or Manual Reconciliation
Experience with Oracle and non-Oracle integration points with Purchasing and Order Management
Good communication and interpersonal skills to interact effectively with clients and team members
Strong consulting experience and business analytical skills to gather and document business requirements, leading fit-gap analysis, business process designs, managing conference room pilots (CRPs), perform functional configuration, and manage testing of Financial ERP solutions
Demonstrates leading practices knowledge or expertise.
Ability to work independently and manage multiple task assignments
Excellent interpersonal, organizational, presentation, and communication skills
High commitment to exceed performance expectations
Strong internal motivation with a demonstrated desire to keep abreast of latest Oracle releasesNice to Have Skills:
Oracle EBS experience and certifications
Implementation in Global environments or international experience
Financial Accounting Hub, Lease Accounting, Joint Ventures, Project FinanceQualifications
Bachelor's Degree in Accounting, Business Administration, Economy or Computer Science
Minimum of 3 project full life cycles with waterfall, and agile methodologies
Oracle Cloud Certifications
