Description We are offering a short term contract employment opportunity for a Paralegal in the legal industry, based in Atlanta, Georgia. In this role, you will be a crucial part of our team, providing comprehensive support for litigation processes, from filing suits onwards. The workplace is fast-paced and dynamic, requiring a detail-oriented individual who can readily adapt and maintain efficiency.Responsibilities: Manage the entirety of litigation processes for the firm. Collaborate with a litigation attorney to provide optimal support. Utilize case management software, Litify, to streamline work processes. Draft motions and other legal documents in a timely and accurate manner. Provide a 'plug and play' solution, stepping in immediately to fill the role. Handle calendar management to ensure all deadlines and schedules are met. Maintain a high standard of work even when the regular staff is unavailable. Brief team members on case updates and developments. Engage in civil litigation tasks as required.
