They use an appointment scheduling software called Dash which overlays their EMR (NexGen) to help with scheduling. T
Team Leads handle most of the rescheduling.
Handling inbound calls 95% of the time - answering inquiries or transferring due to the mainline having limited prompts & about 30% of the calls are scheduling.
Handling outbound calls 5% of the time for follow up with patients.
