Description We are offering a short term contract employment opportunity for a PC Technician in Atlanta, Georgia. In this role, you will be working in a dynamic environment where you will be responsible for deploying and configuring operating systems and software on a large volume of PCs. You will also be collaborating with the IT team and providing end-user support.Responsibilities: Utilize SCCM to deploy and configure operating systems and software on PCs. Prepare and maintain the imaging environment in accordance with company standards. Troubleshoot hardware and software issues during the imaging process. Collaborate with the IT team to ensure timely deployment and support for devices. Document processes and maintain accurate inventory of devices. Provide end-user support during and after the imaging process. Participate in the evaluation and testing of new software and hardware solutions. Assist in maintaining system security and integrity during imaging tasks. Stay updated on industry trends and best practices related to PC deployment and management. Utilize skills in Computer Hardware, Dell Technologies, IBM, Linux Technologies, Mac Computers, AB Testing, Active Directory, Apple Devices, Backup Technologies, Cable Installation, and Microsoft SCCM. Requirements Proficiency in Computer Hardware Familiarity with Dell Technologies Experience in IBM systems Knowledge of Linux Technologies Proficiency in using Mac Computers Experience in AB Testing Ability to manage Active Directory Proficiency in using Apple Devices Familiarity with Backup Technologies Experience in Cable Installation Proficiency in using Microsoft SCCM Ability to troubleshoot and resolve issues efficiently Excellent communication and customer service skills Ability to work independently and within a team Strong problem-solving skills Familiarity with standard office software and applications High level of attention to detail Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively Strong organizational skills Willingness to keep up-to-date with the latest technologies and innovations in the field.
