Communicate regularly with Engagement Managers (Directors), project team members, and representatives from various functional and / or technical teams, including escalating any matters that require additional attention and consideration from engagement management
Independently and collaboratively lead client engagement workstreams focused on improvement, optimization, and transformation of processes including implementing leading practice workflows, addressing deficits in quality, and driving operational outcomes.
Provide Managed Services: Operate services that provide ongoing maintenance, monitoring, and optimization for IT/Engineering applications & products

Bachelor's degree, preferably in Computer Science, Information Technology, Computer Engineering, or related IT discipline; or equivalent experience
Minimum of 16+ years of work experience on Pega Architecture, systems, platforms, and frameworks
Expert in Claim Intake & Workflow Services and Claim Processing in Pega.
Robust knowledge of programming language, scripting language
Significant experience with PL-SQL, with a deep understanding of writing and optimizing SQL scripts.
Good experience in Mainframe systems
Knowledge of coding best practices and principles to encourage code maintainability and readability.
Familiar with various design and architectural patterns of a large, high-scale web application (e.g., well-designed APIs, high-volume data pipelines, efficient algorithms).
Solid understanding of modern software development methodologies, including Agile and Scrum.
9+ years in Healthcare and Claims processing system
