You'll play a vital role in supporting our efforts across two leading brands, providing administrative muscle, managing newsrooms, and keeping our PR and social media workflows humming.What You'll Do:
Provide comprehensive administrative support, including scheduling, budgeting, and report generation.
Assist with press material preparation and distribution.
Oversee the management and upkeep of brand newsrooms, collaborating on content creation and publishing.
Support PR campaign execution by coordinating logistics, tracking timelines, and managing documentation.
Ensure seamless communication and project execution with external partners and vendors.
Foster collaboration across internal teams and agencies to achieve successful project outcomes.
Requirements
You're a Perfect Fit If You Have:
A Bachelor's degree in Communications, PR, or a related field (minimum requirement).
At least 4 years of experience in communications, PR, organic social media, or marketing (agency experience a plus).
Stellar organizational and multitasking skills with a keen eye for detail.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
The ability to thrive independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
A strong understanding of PR, organic social media, and marketing best practices.
A proactive problem-solving attitude.
