job detailsjob summary:A Procurement Coordinator is needed for a company that manufactures, sells, and markets non-alcoholic beverage concentrates and syrups in the Atlanta, GA area. This role manages the client's raw material ordering process, ensuring supplier coordination, issue resolution, and effective communication with stakeholders.location: Atlanta, Georgiajob type: Contractsalary: $22.05 - 27.20 per hourwork hours: 8am to 5pmeducation: Associatesresponsibilities:

Manage and support the interim raw material ordering process:

Confirm receipt of raw material purchase requisitions to KO.

Monitor and confirm KO purchase requisitions conversion to KO purchase orders.

Create and submit SAP-generated purchase orders to suppliers as required.

Confirm supplier receipt of KO purchase orders and expected delivery timing.

Address and communicate delivery delays or material shortages to key stakeholders.

Monitor and ensure timely completion of goods receipts.

Manage changes or discrepancies in raw material purchase orders using SAP.

Assist with:

Invoicing issues.

Handling defective material concerns.

Support conflict resolution between NBL and suppliers.

Develop, initiate, and implement best practices to support business needs.

Communicate progress, risks, and issues to key stakeholders.

Track and post monthly raw material forecasts for internal visibility.

Escalate supply continuity issues to the Sr. Procurement Manager as needed.

Provide backup support to the CCNA Procurement Operations team when necessary.

Lead and develop processes and problem-solving initiatives.

Take on special project assignments as required.

Skills Required:

Proficiency in SAP, Microsoft Office, Word, and Excel.

Intermediate to advanced analytical skills.
