RESPONSIBILITIES:
Kforce has a client that is currently searching for a Product Manager in Atlanta, GA.
Responsibilities:
Performing discovery to understand customer needs; Building/grooming the product roadmap for future sprints
Working with the senior product manager and relevant stakeholders to communicate progress of roadmap and ensure that we are addressing pain points and operational needs as we go into definition of work
Working with the squad (standups, creating user stories, grooming the backlog, clarification & refinement or backlog items, internal reviews)
Tracking KPIs and assessing product performance and collaborating with company's value management group on measuring the benefits generated
Collaborating with partners outside of the squad such as operations readiness, capability/platform squads, and external IT suppliers to enable delivery of value
REQUIREMENTS:
Agile certification not required, but a plus
Deep knowledge of agile methodologies & tools; Experience with prioritization frameworks, writing user stories, managing backlogs, facilitating work with squads and stakeholders
Ability to develop productive relationships with technical & non-technical partners
Strong understanding of technology, customer needs and business strategy
Experience performing customer/user research
Proven ability to leveraging data to measure performance and develop actionable insights
Agile/scrum product development experience
Experience with delivering digital products in healthcare industry a plus
Ability to effectively prioritize, communicate clearly and understand how to enable a high level of focus
Ability to lead, drive consensus and deliver in a matrixed organization with multiple stakeholders
Ability to thrive in situations where processes and procedures are not clearly defined
Ability to manage multiple priorities
