Description We are offering a contract to permanent employment opportunity for a Program Manager in Atlanta, GA. In this role, you will be instrumental in leading and executing large-scale real estate initiatives. You will collaborate with cross-functional teams and align your work with the company's objectives to optimize our real estate portfolio.Responsibilities: Lead the planning and execution of real estate programs, including site acquisitions, development projects, and facility optimization. Align program objectives with the organization's goals to ensure maximum value from projects. Oversee program schedules, budgets, and deliverables, ensuring adherence to established timelines and financial goals. Collaborate with internal stakeholders such as legal, finance, and operations teams, and external partners such as contractors, architects, and brokers to ensure successful program execution. Act as the primary point of contact for executive leadership, presenting updates, performance metrics, and strategic recommendations. Foster strong relationships with external stakeholders including property owners, local authorities, and community organizations. Ensure all real estate projects comply with local, state, and federal regulations, as well as corporate standards and policies. Identify potential risks related to zoning, permitting, environmental or financial aspects, and lead efforts to mitigate them. Identify opportunities to streamline processes, enhance cost efficiencies, and adopt innovative approaches to real estate development and management. Stay informed about industry trends, emerging markets, and technologies that can drive program success.Requirements Strong communication skills, both written and verbal, to effectively articulate program goals and progress to team members and stakeholders Proficiency in operations and planning to ensure that all aspects of the program run smoothly and efficiently Familiarity with policy development and implementation to ensure the program aligns with corporate guidelines Proficiency in analytics to monitor, evaluate, and present program data Understanding of compliance requirements and procedures relevant to the program Experience in budget processes and finance to ensure the program stays within financial parameters Experience in project management to oversee the execution and completion of all program-related tasks Ability to deliver effective presentations to convey program goals, progress, and results to various audiences Demonstrated leadership skills to guide and motivate program team members Ability to perform ad hoc financial analyses to support program decision-making Negotiation skills to secure resources and agreements for the benefit of the program Knowledge of real estate property management and property laws if the program involves real estate components Optimization skills to continuously improve the program processes and outcomes Ability to manage relationships with stakeholders to secure their support and cooperation for the program Proficiency in strategic planning to set and achieve long-term program goals Collaboration skills to work effectively with various individuals and groups involved in the program Knowledge of best practices in program management to guide program design and implementation Experience in KPI reporting to track and present program performance Understanding of risk management to identify and mitigate potential program risks.
