We know that when our people are rewarded, recognized, and rejuvenated, we win as a team.Consultant Project/Program ManagerThe Program Manager is responsible for leading programs & complex projects that involve cross-functional teams focused on delivery of products and/or internal system enhancements. Monitors programs/projects through the full project lifecycle interfacing with internal customers or department personnel. Manages resources, schedules, financials, and adheres to stage gate quality and SDLC control guidelines throughout the full systems development life cycle. This also includes management of issues, risks and project change requests to ensure successful and on-time project delivery and within budget constraints. Contributes to process improvement initiatives as it relates to improving project delivery. Partners and assists directly with Product/Operations and other departments on the execution of projects on their roadmaps. Verifies that the program/project produces the required deliverables of quality, within the specified constraints of time and cost and to achieve the potential benefits defined in the business case.Role Responsibilities

Ability to lead programs and complex projects and demonstrates the ability to turn around troubled programs or projects of any size.

Provide leadership for project team by building and motivating team members to meet project goals, adhering to their responsibilities and project milestones.

Full project life cycle ownership: successful project delivery will include full implementation from initiation to deployment for one or more program initiatives in addition to minor initiatives simultaneously.

Prepare estimates and detailed project plan for all phases of the project.

Accountable for all Portfolio / Program / Project communication and operation reviews.

Work with the resource managers to procure adequate resources to achieve project objectives in planned timeframes.

Lead the team in gathering and documenting detailed requirements and success criteria to ensure the project is scoped correctly and ultimately successful.

Manage the day-to-day project activities and resources to meet the project objectives.

Provide status reporting regarding project milestones, deliverable, dependencies, risks and issues, communicating across leadership.

Develop and manage all aspects of project and program engagement from planning, external vendor relationships, communications, resources, budget, change, risks and issues.

Monitor, track and control outcomes to resolve issues, conflicts, dependencies and critical path deliverables

Develop and deliver progress reports, proposals, requirements documentation and presentations to various audiences, including project team, sponsors, Executive Leadership, and key stakeholders.

Demonstrate leadership to the GPMO by mentoring less senior project managers, identifying project management training needs and be able to provide training required to ensure the effective application of project management and leadership principles.

Requirements

10+ years of Project management experience

5+ years of Program Management experience

5+ years of Product/Services Delivery from concept to launch

PMP Certification

Excellent experience in SDLC Methodologies, Agile, SCRUM, SDLC / Waterfall

Strong leadership, diplomatic and motivational skills including the ability to lead up, across and down multiple business and technology organizations

Proven ability to work creatively and analytically in a problem-solving environment demonstrating teamwork, innovation and excellence

Build and maintain relationships by engaging business leaders to establish credibility, solve problems, build consensus and achieve objectives

Excellent leadership, communication (written, verbal and presentation) and interpersonal skills

Self-motivated, decisive, with the ability to adapt to change and competing demands.

Tools: WorkFront, Excel, Word and PowerPoint

Desirable Requirements

Advanced ability to lead multiple large project teams

Experience working on programs/projects related to business strategy and financial performance

Experience communicating with C-level executives

Experience with development methodologies (CMMI, Agile, etc)

5 years’ experience in Cyber Security space with intermediate knowledge of offerings

Bachelor’s degree preferred.
