The location of the role will be in the city of Atlanta and McDonough, Georgia. Job Responsibilities:Process sales contracts and closingsManage/apply for all building permits and work with local municipalitiesDocument, track and report on all building permit and start activitiesCoordinate meetings and team eventsMaintain accurate electronic files for each homePay invoices and utility billsOrder suppliesAdditional support as needed
