Ultimate Fire Protection, recently joined the Impact Fire Services team and is a subsidiary company of Impact Fire Services. Ultimate Fire Protection has been providing fire sprinkler services for 22 years to it’s customers in the State of Georgia.Oversee Fire Sprinkler Systems installation/service for all types of new and existing projects.ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:

Oversee all fire sprinkler projects.

Manage job cost and project scheduling.

Work with designers to get designs completed and submitted including job surveys.

Follow up and manage permits for projects.

Report weekly to the GM with project updates.

Oversee the Fire Sprinkler superintendent.

Manage fire Sprinkler warehouse and tool inventory.

Coordinate and process contract job change orders.

Understand design & Layout of Fire Sprinkler Systems

Coordination for installation between trades

Managing cost and understanding budgets

REQUIRED EXPERIENCE/QUALIFICATIONS:

General Sprinkler knowledge

Experience in Fire Sprinkler Installation or Design

Excellent verbal and written communication skills

SUPERVISORY RESPONSIBILITIES

Oversee installation labor on assigned projects.

Successful completion of a drug test and pre-employment background screening is required. Summary of position Manages the Project Team, Project Stakeholders, consultants, and contractors as necessary to rehabilitate, enhance, and expand MARTA’s bus rapid transit system. Manages the activities, operations, and resources required to carry out and ensure that projects are completed on time, within budget, and by project documents. Manages the activities in evaluating contractor and consultant bids and contracts and prepares selection criteria for hiring consultants and contractors. Enforces contract provisions and resolves budgetary, technical, and scheduling issues. Makes periodic on-site inspections of projects to ensure construction is proceeding correctly. Maintains project status reports and senior staff briefings. Establishes policies and procedures to ensure compliance with business goals and objectives. Key Responsibilities: 1.
