About The Job
Ensure that business requirement and functional requirement are defined
Establish project charters that includes timeline, roles and responsibilities of each involved parties.
Lead one or more Agile projects following standard methodologies such as Scrum or Kanban
Track and remove impediments for the team as quickly as possible
Communicate early and often within the team and with partners
Establish a backlog process management leading to project and backlog roadmaps being prioritized through a clearly defined process and ROI sizing.
Identify and address or mitigate risks, and dependencies to the team
Manage a documentation repository: maintain up-to-date project documentation, shared globally and conforming to global standards
Be a process promoter: Coach team members on Agile Principles to help team in agile process
Encourage cross team collaboration within the project teams and communication to a broader audience
Bring a passion to stay on top of current trends, experiment with and learn new technologies, participate in internal & external technology communities, and mentor other members of the engineering community
Provide support to Implementation Lead for integrated roadmap planning activities
Lead boldly and use hard and soft skills to influence participants of all levels towards the common goal
About You
Bachelor's degree
Minimum 8 years project management experience
Minimum 5 years working with technical teams in retail, ecommerce, data and AI solutions
Solid experience with Agile project management and familiar with Jira, Confluence, Smartsheet, and Microsoft Teams
Experience working with global IT and product teams
Bring structure to ambiguous environments and relate well to people at all levels.
Ability to influence change outside of your span of control and build stakeholder support.
Strong negotiation skills and the ability to get results through formal channels and informal networking within a matrix project organization.
Preferred Certifications: PMP, CSM , SAFe
