Be given the infrastructure and support to run your business unit with an entrepreneurial spirit

Build/nurture your individual brand and the Bohler brand through your presence in the local marketplace

Serve as an expert survey consultant responsible for positively steering the direction and scope of your clients' projects

Assist in the mentorship, training, and development of the survey team

Empower and encourage your team to reach new levels of success where they have opportunities to grow in their careers

Be a true business partner to your clients, listening to their needs and providing your team's expertise to help them accomplish their development goals

Represent your clients throughout key milestones in their projects

What You’ll Need:

Bachelor's degree Surveying or related field

PLS required in Florida

A history of completing successful survey projects and leading high-performance survey teams

Experience nurturing and growing client relationships while delivering Best-in-Class service

  • The Jacobs-led team will serve as MARTA\'s CPMO Supplemental Services Consultant and manage the construction aspects. A joint venture between Jacobs and H. J. Russell & Company - was selected to support the Metropolitan Atlanta Rapid Transit Authority (MARTA) as they embark on their expansion program. This position will be hired through the Joint Venture Program, JRMT (JACOBS RUSSELL MARTA TEAM) Summary of position Manages all aspects of Project Design. Provides overall project management and coordination with architectural/engineering professionals. Coordinates with staff, other agency officials, local governments, architects/engineers, etc., to develop preliminary schedules, procurement project requirements, and detailed scope of work estimates by developing the design documents for bid. Manages the development of feasibility and environmental impact studies, preliminary engineering, and conceptual designs for major capital investments. Manages the preparation of project scopesof work, plans, schedules, and budgets. Manages all aspects of Project Implementation. Manages project procurement of material, equipment, and contractors, as well as all construction activities necessary to execute capital projects. Manages the quality and safety of work performed on capital projects. Implements change management processes and carries out project communications throughout the organization. Coordinates the acquisition of real estate parcels required for capital projects. Performs Project Monitoring & Controlling. For the project life cycle, manage the preparation of progress reports to monitor and control capital projects. Monitors all aspects of projects assigned.
