Prepare budgets, financial documents and other reports
Discuss leases, terms of occupancy, and/or ownership with prospective tenants
Arrange property, maintenance, and landscaping repairs
Provide administrative support to property managers for residential, commercial and/or community association properties
Process tenant applications, contracts, and leases
Coordinate insurance requirements
Collect monthly rent and fees Requirements - Proven skills in customer service, problem-solving, complaint resolution, and negotiation
Excellent interpersonal skills and computer competencies are essential
Demonstrated knowledge in real estate, financial and/or contract preferred
