Description We are on the lookout for a diligent Property Administrator to work at our location in Atlanta, Georgia. The role entails managing multiple tasks, taking the initiative in project execution, working cohesively with a team, and maintaining a personable yet business-like demeanor. The position offers a contract-to-hire employment opportunity, ensuring a dynamic and evolving workplace.Responsibilities: Managing and administrating company properties efficiently Utilizing software like Yardi for property management functions Maintaining regular work hours from 8:30 to 5:30, ensuring punctuality and consistency Handling accounts payable and other accounting functions Corresponding with stakeholders, clients, and team members professionally Ensuring all documentation is accurate, up-to-date, and organized Using Microsoft Office Suites and other software for data management and communication Proactively resolving any issues related to property administration Ensuring all company properties are covered by necessary insurance policies Demonstrating initiative and drive in managing tasks and projects.
