Advise project teams on best practices for network, security, and hardware configurations to optimize the use of the various products utilized
Assist project teams to meet quick turnarounds for troubleshooting administration issues
Interact with IT teams to escalate and resolve issues associated with the implemented software
Required:
Experience with operating system administration (Linux, Windows), including domain and user management, privilege and policy management, service management
Experience with integrating the Tricentis automated testing product suite with DevSecOps pipeline and with databases including customizing/extending other related functionalities as needed
Experience with shell scripting (Bash, Powershell, CMD etc.) including troubleshooting skills
Ability to provide systems support on a weekly on-call basis in a versatile, dynamic team
Excellent written/verbal communications and articulation skills for disparate audiences

Familiarity with functional, performance and load testing systems (ALM, LoadRunner, UFT etc.)
Familiarity with automated testing platforms (e.g. Tricentis, Selenium etc.)
Familiarity with agile, scrum methodologies including
Familiarity with relation/non-relational databases and DevSecOps tools: Jira, Github, Jenkins etc.
Familiarity with Active Directory and various security protocols (e.g. SAML, LDAP, OAuth etc.)
Familiarity with IT application development and operations procedures including DR exercises
Critical Thinking: Thoughtful process of analyzing data and problem-solving data to reach a well-reasoned solution
