We are seeking an exceptional Regional Vice President of Sales to lead our Southeast US sales organization. As the Regional Vice President of Sales for the Southeast US, you will report directly to the Chief Revenue Officer (CRO). In this role, you’ll play a pivotal part in shaping the sales strategy for the region, guiding your team to secure high-value contracts, and influencing Nexthink’s overall growth trajectory. You’ll have significant ownership over team development, regional sales initiatives, and the tools that drive sales performance.Responsibilities:Lead & Develop Sales Team: Manage, coach, and guide a team of 5-6 Sales professionals, focusing on acquiring new customers and renewing contracts with existing accounts, particularly within large, complex organizations.Strategic Account Leadership: Lead the sales process from prospecting to closing, focusing on selling Nexthink’s SaaS solutions to senior decision-makers in large organizations across the Southeast region.Sales Strategy & Execution: Own the regional sales strategy and execution, ensuring your team develops strong pipelines, meets quota targets, and delivers results by winning key deals with major customers.Talent Acquisition & Development: Source, recruit, and onboard top talent for the team. Ensure swift integration of new hires, providing ongoing coaching and development to help them achieve their full potential.Collaboration Across Functions: Work closely with cross-functional teams, including Marketing, Product, Customer Success, and Sales Operations, to align on sales strategies, drive solution delivery, and ensure excellent customer outcomes.Customer & Partner Relationships: Cultivate and maintain strong, long-term relationships with key customers and partners as the trusted advisor for Nexthink’s solutions.Regional Strategy & Insights: Provide strategic insights into the regional market, aligning with broader company goals. Continuously assess and improve sales processes and tools to enhance team effectiveness.
