We are seeking an exceptional Regional Vice President of Sales to lead our Southeast US sales organization. A visionary who excels in building and developing high-performing teams, fostering a culture of strategic agility and tenacity.Nexthink empowers leaders to build and develop their teams within a world-class organization. As the Regional Vice President of Sales for the Southeast US, you will report directly to the Chief Revenue Officer (CRO). In this role, you’ll play a pivotal part in shaping the sales strategy for the region, guiding your team to secure high-value contracts, and influencing Nexthink’s overall growth trajectory. You’ll have significant ownership over team development, regional sales initiatives, and the tools that drive sales performance.Responsibilities:Lead & Develop Sales Team: Manage, coach, and guide a team of 5-6 Sales professionals, focusing on acquiring new customers and renewing contracts with existing accounts, particularly within large, complex organizations.Strategic Account Leadership: Lead the sales process from prospecting to closing, focusing on selling Nexthink’s SaaS solutions to senior decision-makers in large organizations across the Southeast region.Sales Strategy & Execution: Own the regional sales strategy and execution, ensuring your team develops strong pipelines, meets quota targets, and delivers results by winning key deals with major customers.Talent Acquisition & Development: Source, recruit, and onboard top talent for the team. Ensure swift integration of new hires, providing ongoing coaching and development to help them achieve their full potential.Collaboration Across Functions: Work closely with cross-functional teams, including Marketing, Product, Customer Success, and Sales Operations, to align on sales strategies, drive solution delivery, and ensure excellent customer outcomes.Customer & Partner Relationships: Cultivate and maintain strong, long-term relationships with key customers and partners as the trusted advisor for Nexthink’s solutions.Regional Strategy & Insights: Provide strategic insights into the regional market, aligning with broader company goals. Continuously assess and improve sales processes and tools to enhance team effectiveness.
