Join our Corporate Finance team as a Revenue Operations Analyst in Atlanta, GA to make a real impact every day. We say that because we know that every conversation we have, every code line we write and every interface we design is another opportunity for us to enrich our customers’ experiences.Reporting into the Senior Manager of Revenue Planning and Insights you will help us accelerate growth by improving visibility and decision-making across the entire revenue engine. This role will focus primarily on sales funnel performance—including lead generation, conversion rates, and pipeline creation—while also providing actionable insights across sales, marketing, customer success, and overall GTM operations.You’ll utilize your data analytics skills to partner closely with Sales, Marketing, and GTM leadership to ensure we have a clear view of what’s driving growth, where bottlenecks exist, and how to optimize performance and efficiency across the customer lifecycle. Some of the other responsibilities include:Own reporting and analysis for sales funnel metrics (MQL > SQL > SIT > SQO > CW), while also expanding insights into downstream pipeline and retention trends.Build and maintain dashboards and reports in CRM and BI tools (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot, or Power BI).Analyze conversion and productivity trends by channel, segment, ICP, and lifecycle stage.Partner with Marketing to align inbound lead flow and quality with Sales capacity and performance.Partner with Sales and Customer Success to identify pipeline gaps, forecasting accuracy, and opportunities to improve win rates and retention.Monitor SDR and AE activity and productivity metrics (touches, connects, meetings booked, conversion rates).Support forecasting, pipeline reviews, and health assessments with actionable insights.Identify and communicate trends, risks, and opportunities across the full revenue funnel.Ensure data integrity and governance across CRM and reporting tools.Contribute to ongoing improvement of RevOps processes, KPIs, and tech stack efficiency.#LI-HybridFor this position, we offer a hybrid and flexible working model, where you will spend a few days per week in the Atlanta office and some days working from home.- The average base salary pay range for this position is $70,000 to $85,000- May be considered for a discretionary annual bonus
