By joining our team, you will play a vital role in making an impact for our clients and the people they serve through our growth strategy, enhanced user experiences, and engagement through the entire lifecycle of customers' interactions with the public sector.Work you'll do:This salesforce business analyst position performs a critical role supporting both existing functionality clarification, triage/troubleshooting, defect resolution support, and testing. This role will engage with business stakeholders to analyze reported issues,discern between defects, misunderstanding of functionality, or new requirements andassist developers in mapping those capabilities to solutions that leverage existing orplanned functionality. This role requires the ability to analyze business and technicalquestions and identify paths to resolution. The Functional Business Analyst will alsoconduct regression testing, systems testing, and User Acceptance Testing (UAT). TheAnalyst ensures that all products are built to 508 Requirements, and that all documents,visualizations and presentations are conformant. UAT will include browser testing,accessibility and 508, planning support needs to end users with disabilities and assistivetechnology users.The team Deloitte's Government and Public Services (GPS) practice - our people, ideas, technology and outcomes-is designed for impact. Demonstrated experience identifying risks that threaten operation successand recommend workarounds

Demonstrated experience keeping application running smoothly by testingand adjusting as needed, then documenting fixes

Demonstrated experience in analyzing business and technical questionsand identifying paths to resolution

Demonstrated experience engaging with business stakeholders togather/analyze issues or requirements and map them to solutions that leverageSalesforce functionality

Demonstrated experience performing troubleshooting, triage, and workingwith developers to resolve user issues. Ability to communicate with nontechnicalusers to resolve user issues.

Demonstrated experience designing advanced Salesforce reports,dashboards, list views and business process automation (using out-of-boxcapabilities)

Demonstrated experience performing automated testing, regressiontesting, system testing and developing/maintaining test scripts

BS/BA in related field (Business Management, Computer Science, orSoftware Engineering preferred)

Minimum of 3-5 years of professional experience

Minimum of 2-3 years of direct work experience supportingconfiguration of functional analysis for application(s) hostedon the Salesforce Force.com platform

Active Salesforce Administrator certification

Demonstrated experience with Agile development methodologiesincluding Scrum and Kanban

Demonstrated experience with VisualForce, HTML, Javascript andCSS and their applicability within Salesforce

Demonstrated experience maintaining, enhancing and creating workflows,functions and configurations within the Salesforce.com environment

Demonstrated experience managing new releases of Salesforce.com andefficiently implementing new features

Demonstrated experience in Excel for data manipulation and complexcustom reports

Demonstrated experience using JIRA to manage user stories and a productbacklog

Demonstrated experience with test automation tools such as Provar, SauceLabs

Must be a U.S Citizen that holds or is eligible to obtain the required security clearance for this role

Must be legally authorized to work in the United States without the need for employer sponsorship, now or at any time in the future

Bachelor's Degree

Ability to travel 20-50%, on average, based on the work you do and the clients and industries/sectors you serve

Preferred:

Demonstrated experience with 508 compliance

Active Salesforce Sales or Service Cloud certification

At Deloitte, it is not typical for an individual to be hired at or near the top of the range for their role and compensation decisions are dependent on the facts and circumstances of each case. A reasonable estimate of the current range is $97,000.00 to $145,000.00.
