Provide support in Product documentations and User Guides particular in technical writings
Able to communicate well with the technical teams to understand the technical and product requirements
Write clear and concise functional spec
May Perform special mini projects.
Qualifications
Needs to be comfortable with documentation and technical writings
Strong interpersonal skills for working with cross functional teams
A can-do mind set
Able to get on with people from a diverse set of cultural backgrounds
Basic knowledge about ERP systems preferably SAP
Familiarity with financial and IT terminology is preferred
