Lead and mentor teams to deliver solutions that meet client requirements.
Analyze existing data sources and determine migration requirements.
Develop data migration strategies and plans in collaboration with stakeholders.
Perform data profiling and quality assessments to ensure accuracy and integrity.
Troubleshoot and resolve data migration issues in a timely manner.
Collaborate with software developers, database administrators, and business analysts to coordinate migration activities.
Document migration processes, workflows, and data mappings for future reference.
Provide training and support to end-users during the transition period.
Stay current with industry trends and best practices in data migration and database technologies.

Bachelor's Degree preferably in Computer Science, Engineering, Management Information Systems, or equivalent work experience
6+ years of data migration experience in an AWS environment.
6+ years' experience with IBM FileNet, Datacap hosted on AWS environment.
6+years' experience in Design and implement ETL processes and custom import jobs to extract, transform, and load data into target systems.
6+years' experience in Develop scripts, custom code (in .NET) and automation tools to facilitate data migration tasks.
Experience in document management systems and data migration projects
Experience with databases (FileNet, Datacap), relational database management, ETL processes, scripting languages, data modeling and dealing large volumes of data
Must live in a commutable distance to or be willing to relocate to one of the following Delivery locations: Atlanta, GA; Charlotte, NC; Dallas, TX; Gilbert, AZ; Houston, TX; Lake Mary, FL; Mechanicsburg, PA; Philadelphia, PA
Expected to co-locate in your designated office/USDC location up to 30% of the time
Ability to travel 10%, on average, based on the work you do and the clients and industries/sectors you serve. This may include overnight travel.
