With over 3,500 employees across 50 countries, we're looking for a passionate learning expert to design, develop, and deliver impactful training programs.As a key member of our team, you will leverage your instructional design, e-learning, and facilitation expertise to create engaging learning experiences that address critical business needs. This hands-on role requires a strong foundation in adult learning principles and the ability to help build and maintain a thriving learning culture.This role demands a strong ability to collaborate with technical experts across the organization and transform their complex knowledge into engaging and effective training programs. We seek a flexible, highly organized, and inquisitive learning professional who thrives in a collaborative environment. You will be expected to think critically, challenge the status quo, and deliver innovative solutions to meet the needs of our diverse client base. Prior experience developing curriculum for management, business development, and project management is a strongly preferred.Core Responsibilities

Partner with various stakeholders within the Chief Growth Office (CGO), HR Business Partners, and additional teams to assess training needs, support learning opportunities, and ensure training outcomes are met.

Conduct needs analysis and use findings to develop learning solutions targeted to meet specific business development and growth outcomes.

Develop, enhance, deliver and/or support new enterprise business develop training programs in various settings such as classroom, e-learning, and on-the-job, etc.

Support the design and implementation of new programs that align with and/or advance Abt’s culture of a growth mindset.

Establish project timelines and milestones and regularly communicate progress to stakeholders.

Deliver and facilitate engaging training to diverse audiences’ in-person and online.

Develop pre and post assessments to measure learning outcomes and program effectiveness with operational metrics, performance change, and business impact; identify trends and patterns in data.

Prepare facilitator support materials (e.g., PowerPoint slides, leader/facilitator guides, learning activities, evaluation tools, etc.) and conduct “train-the-trainer” sessions as needed to ensure effective delivery and engaging learning experiences.

Utilize learning management systems (LMS) to manage and deliver training programs.

Tracks issues and inquiries to help eliminate the risk of losing sight of issues or failing to resolve concerns in a timely manner.

Analyze data gathered through tracking provides reports on the issues and resolutions faced to support continuous process improvements.

What We Value

Bachelor’s Degree +9 years of relevant experience, or Master’s Degree +7 years of relevant experience.

Bachelor’s degree in education, Human Resources, Business, Computer Science, or related field or the equivalent combination of education and experience.

9 years of experience in varying business development roles, with at least 5 years in learning and development as an instructional designer, trainer and/or learning specialist, or similar.

Proven experience as a learning professional focused on business development, sales, and growth focused curriculums.

Excellent project management, communication, presentation, and public speaking skills

Proven experience and knowledge applying training and development principles and adult learning theory

Must have strong interpersonal skills, be able to perform in a team environment, collaborate with others, handle multiple projects, be flexible with change, and meet deadlines.

Advanced working knowledge of Microsoft Office applications, to include SharePoint and MS Teams.

Instructional design skills, knowledge of ADDIE and or SAM

Working experience with Articulate Storyline and Adobe Captivate learning content authoring tools.

Working experience with learning management systems
