What You'll DoThis role will play a pivotal part in scaling our growing TA teams globally. You will be developing and executing strategic programs, training and enablement, technology systems, reporting and data insights, processes improvement and recruiting marketing to help our global talent acquisition team to hire the best talent in the world. The successful candidate will balance a strong presence with thoughtful and responsive stakeholder management, relationship management and influence savvy; day to day execution with longer-term capability building.

Build, inspire, and coach a high performing team of recruiting coordinators

Continuously improve TA processes, system efficiencies, reports, and recruiter/hiring manager enablement

Create, maintain, and deliver reporting, insights, and metrics across business stakeholders to help drive a focus on execution and excellence across Americold's global recruiting teams

Lead online and social recruiting strategy development and execution; ensure platforms are appropriately leveraged (ROI) and in keeping with current user behavior

Creates a unique and intentional recruiting experience from application through pre-employment, with a focus on candidate, recruiter, and hiring manager experience

Lead regular updates and audits across platforms to maintain compliance and efficiencies within global recruiting teams #hybridWhat Experience and Education You Need

7 years of experience with progressive responsibility in Talent Acquisition Operations, Talent Acquisition, Human Resources, or related PMO or Project Manager experience

Data visualization and analytics experience

Technology leadership for applicant tracking system (ATS), social recruiting platforms; partner with HRIS to ensure maximum functionality and utilization

Develop strategies to attract top talent through a positive company image; Facilitate our external talent acquisition marketing and employment branding strategies to elevate and amplify our company brand as an employer of choice globally

Experience creating, maintaining, and delivering recruiting performance metrics and analytics to provide insights, drive decision making and measure team productivity (i.e. SLAs, customer satisfaction)

Manage the vendor relationships to ensure an effective and efficient process for the candidates and the business

Strong understanding of the end-to-end recruiting lifecycle, and experience working across multiple countries/geographies

Manages and optimizes all recruitment technology, tools, job boards, and vendor partners

BA/BS degree or related experienceWhat Could Set You Apart
