Wolters Kluwer Health is an established, fast-growing, and innovation-driven healthcare information technology company working on the front lines of clinical care.As part of the Wolters Kluwer Health Clinical Effectiveness team, the Product Manager role serves as the analytic and strategic core of our growth programs. You will focus on establishing an understanding of multiple digital health technology segments with a concentration on identifying and understanding market pain points, build and launch solutions that address these pain points. This work will span multiple subsegments within the digital health technology ecosystem, from virtual care, data analytics, remote patient monitoring, population health, and data aggregators. You will lead primary and secondary research, competitive analysis, concept identification, pro-forma modeling, and early business case development, along with overseeing and developing the product and solutions that will be brought to market. You will have familiarity with product management life cycle and Agile methodologies.This is a high-profile position with exposure to senior leadership. You will report to the Product Management Associate Director.RESPONSIBILITIES· Become a subject matter expert in the Digital Health market, understand the domain, user personas, workflows, and financial drivers of multiple pharmacy segments which will ensure the prioritization of user and buyer pain points.· Conduct market research to identify customer needs, market trends, and competitive landscapes. Collect and analyze data to inform product decisions. This will require you to manage virtual teams across Wolters Kluwer Health· Lead concept validation efforts for new product concepts that grow WK’s market footprint within the Digital Health Technology customer segments.· Collaborate with our teams, including engineering, design, and marketing, to gather and document product requirements. Ensure that the product aligns with our goals and customer needs.· Help develop and maintain the product roadmap, which outlines the product's strategic direction and future features.· Manage user stories, feature requests, and product backlog items, using tools like Jira or similar project management software.· Work with designers to create prototypes and wireframes that illustrate product concepts and user interfaces.· Build product testing plans to ensure the product meets quality and usability standards.· Support the product launch process, including coordinating with marketing and sales teams to guarantee a successful product introduction.· Analyze product performance data, user feedback, and goals to identify areas for improvement and inform future product decisions.· Maintain product documentation, such as user guides, release notes, and product specifications.· Keep partners informed about product progress and changes. Help facilitate communication between different teams and departments.· Lead concept validation efforts for new product concepts that want to grow WK’s market footprint within the Digital Health Technology customer segments.· Build product pro formas to aid in market sizing and segmentation of new offerings and solutions.· Participate in all relevant meetings and assume a leadership role in these meetings.· Participate in all corporate training, company plans and performance planning exercises.· Experience with product management principles and methodologies.QUALIFICATIONSEducation: bachelor’s degree in a relevant field, such as business, engineering, or computer scienceExperience:· 3+ years of experience in business strategy, product development, or consulting; or relevant experience.· Experience in market assessment and strategic planning.· Experience in business case development.· Experience delivering presentations to senior leadership.· Data analysis to make appropriate recommendations.· Project management skills, ability to define project goals and deliverables.· Experience with product management principles and methodologies.· Project management skills and ability to define project goals and deliverables.Preferred Experience:· Experience within healthcare and clinical decision support solutions.· Familiarity with project management tools and software (e.g., Jira, Trello, Asana).TRAVEL: Up to 10% travel#LI-RemoteEQUAL EMPLOYMENT OPPORTUNITY Wolters Kluwer U.
