Description Robert Half HR Solutions is currently recruiting for a Sr Compensation Analyst for a client in Metro Atlanta. As they continue to grow, they are seeking a skilled and experienced Senior Compensation Analyst to join their dynamic team.Position Overview: As a Senior Compensation Analyst, you will play a crucial role in ensuring that their compensation practices are competitive, equitable, and aligned with their organizational objectives. Leveraging your expertise in job grading, market analysis, and bonus plan administration, you will collaborate closely with leadership to develop and implement effective compensation strategies.Responsibilities:

Conduct job evaluations and grading to establish appropriate job classifications and salary ranges.

Perform market analysis to ensure competitive positioning of our compensation packages.

Collaborate with HR partners and business leaders to understand organizational needs and develop effective compensation solutions.

Administer bonus plans, including calculation, communication, and reporting.

Provide insights and recommendations on compensation trends, best practices, and regulatory requirements.

Develop and maintain comprehensive reports and dashboards to track key compensation metrics and trends.

Partner with cross-functional teams on compensation-related projects and initiatives.

Stay informed about industry trends, legislative changes, and emerging technologies in compensation and benefits.

Requirements:

5+ years of experience in compensation analysis, with a focus on job grading, job banding, market analysis, and bonus plan administration.

Strong proficiency in Microsoft Excel for data analysis, modeling, and reporting.

Experience with SuccessFactors or other HRIS platforms preferred.

Knowledge of executive compensation and deferred compensation practices is a plus.

Excellent analytical skills with a keen attention to detail.

Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with stakeholders at all levels.

Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment and manage multiple priorities simultaneously.

Certified Compensation Professional (CCP) designation is a plus.
