Sr. Email Marketing SpecialistJob DescriptionKey Responsibilities:Email campaign setup, segmentation of contacts, A/B testing, deployment of campaigns, and reporting and analyticsBuild, test and deploy email campaigns including drafting and editing copy, layout, links, and dynamic content; own quality assurance of all outbound campaignsManage SFMC (Exact Target) to for all campaigns that are responsive, deploy emails in a timely and routine manner to the intended audiences, and set up/monitor basic automations.Manage data with SFMC creating segments, data extensions, suppression lists, imports, exports, and working with third party vendors to ensure ongoing data hygieneAssist with implementing and executing B2B marketing automation platform (Pardot) and campaigns to drive increases in qualified leads for salesBuild Salesforce reports and dashboards to provide visibility into marketing campaign/email results and measure effectivenessCollaborate across different departments and teamsMaintain best practices for Marketing Automation Platforms, including naming conventions, list management, lead flow, completion actions, owners, etc.Create standardized templates and other assets for ease of campaign managementRequired:3+ years of experience with Email Studio, Automation Studio, Journey Builder (Marketing Cloud)Proficient in Microsoft Excel and Adobe PhotoshopProficient in email marketing, list management, analysisExperience creating multi-channel campaignsExperience in Google AnalyticsWorking knowledge of HTML/CSS/AmpscriptDetail-oriented with strong organizational and project management skillsDemonstrated analytical and problem-solving skillsAbility to prioritize and handle multiple projects simultaneously, perform in a fast-paced environment, and maintain a high level of detail and accuracyBachelor's degree or equivalentDesired:Salesforce Email Marketing Specialist certificationSalesforce Mobile Studio experiencePardot and any B2B experienceDMP/Krux experienceDigital/Email development experienceCoStar Group is an Equal Employment Opportunity Employer; we maintain a drug-free workplace and perform pre-employment substance abuse testingEqual Opportunity Employer of Minorities, Females, Protected Veterans, and Individual with Disabilities.
