The Sr. Manager, Supply Chain Data will influence the strategic direction and implement the strategies for a wide variety of systems. This leader is responsible for all master and transactional data across Supply Chain. This leader will cast vision, provide leadership to the team and ensure we maximize the value of Supply Chain’s data assets.This data is key in providing all Supply Chain functions timely, quality information and applied analysis they need for business decisions supporting Chick-fil-A Restaurant Operators. Chick-fil-A Supply Chain is responsible for ensuring that Chick-fil-A Restaurants receive safe and reliable product in a manner that flows as seamlessly with Restaurant Operations as possible.
Develop and implement the roadmap for the Supply Chain ecosystem, with integration points across organizational silos directing how they engage in that system.
Responsible for the development of a master data strategy for Supply Chain, including CFA Supply and Adaptive Supply Chain
Responsible for master data implementation and management to foster consistency and stewardship
Designs the master data processes and collaborates with Enterprise Architecture Team on data architecture
Collaborates with Supply Chain Analytics and Enterprise Analytics teams to define and develop cross-entity solutions
Engages with the CFA Supply and CFA Upstream Production Facility teams to determine and provide essential pieces of data required to run operations
7-15 years of Supply Chain Data leadership experience
Strong interpersonal, organization, and verbal and written communication skills
Attention to detail, proactive/self-starter mentality
Demonstrated strategic planning and execution experience
Proven ability to influence across and outside the organization
Strong ability to drive results, while managing relationships
Prefer industry experience in the Supply Chain space
Prior experience with program management in a complex multi-product software environment
Extensive experience leading master data or analytics functions
Proven track record leading multiple people and a multi-million-dollar budget
Supply Chain or purchasing education, experience, or certifications
Project management education or certification
