North America Sr Offering Management Specialist – Architect, Engineer and General Contractor EngagementAs the North America Sr Offering Management Specialist for Architects & Engineers (A&E’s) and General Contractors (GC’s), you will be responsible for leading focused go to market activities to create and implement growth strategies for significantly enhancing HBS’s project win rate with this key market segment.You will work collaboratively with global and regional teams comprising of demand generation, sales, sales support, Offer Managers, and project execution teams to define and execute on the growth strategy. An ability to balance, establishing and maintaining strategic direction with daily tactical execution in a fast-paced dynamic environment will be critical to success. This position will report to the HBS CPO and will be based in Atlanta, GA.This role will be the primary business interface to drive New Construction Go-to-Market processes, marketing collaterals, overall customer experience and ensuring offering alignment with the Offering teams, sales, operations and major projects; as well as the overall HBS Marketing strategy for this go-to-market segment.Key Responsibilities and Accountabilities:

Take a data driven approach to define and execute a global go-to-market strategy for the assigned market segment. Ensure leadership and stakeholder alignment through the process.

Develop compelling communication (e.g., sales collateral), customer awareness and education programs (e.g., Webinars, Presentations, Trade Articles), which promote Honeywell’s Offerings, Direct Project Delivery and Service capabilities, including Master Systems Integration (MSI), Design Build Collaboration, Schedule & Risk Reduction, Integrated Project Management, Health & Safety, Cyber Security and emerging Software-as-a-Service for the assigned market segment.

Oversee the Customer Success program for the global initiative and work with the Sales Excellence team to put in place Key Performance Indicators (KPI’s), reporting mechanism that will monitor the progress of the initiative at all levels.

Develops lead generation programs with designated A&E’s, GC’s which maximize the identification of new prospects and sales opportunities.

Provides marketing skills and expertise to the broad offering teams by building, developing, and managing the messaging and strategy for serving the needs of the A&E’s, GC’s.

Participates in the creation of content and standard templates for winning bid specifications and proposals by collaborating with the various global and regional stakeholders. Identifies key points for competitive positioning and ensures accurate and updated information is contained within bid specifications and project proposals.

Partner with the regional demand generation and sales teams to drive best practices in influencing bids by specifying Honeywell content early in the project lifecycle.MUST HAVE

Bachelor's degree in business, communications, or closely related field. MBA preferred.

Minimum of 5+ years of Seller Experience or Offering experience

Business Development or Project Execution experience with large Architect and Engineering firms, General Contractors, Mechanical and Electrical contractors or other large construction management firms.

General knowledge of Building Technologies and niche industry specific solutions including but not limited to HVAC, Building Management Systems (BMS), Physical Security Management (Access Control, Intrusion Detection, Visitor Management, Video Management Systems), Fire and Life Safety Systems, Airport Airside Systems etc.

Knowledge of the Master Spec divisions and experience creating guidespecs documentation and other marketing collaterals to engage the A&E, GC, electrical & mechanical sub-contractor, commercial building investor & owner communities.

Demonstrated highly collaborative leadership style with the ability to respond quickly and effectively to ever-changing situations. Must possess the ability to coach, mentor and lead by influence to deliver best in class outcomes.

Demonstrated experience building strategic marketing programs/concepts and selling the strategic programs at the Executive level.

Experience creating and implementing brand awareness and communications programs and driving business using direct selling models.

Exhibit strong business acumen, skills and maturity and the ability to work effectively with others even under stressful deadlines situations.

Highly developed organizational and planning skills, time management skills and written/oral communications skills.
