Support Technician

Description We are seeking a Support Technician to join our team in the Managed Services industry, based in Atlanta, Georgia. This role offers a contract to permanent employment opportunity, providing technical support for users while implementing and maintaining various technologies. As a Support Technician, you will work closely with other team members to enhance service delivery and stay updated on industry trends.Responsibilities: Provide technical support to users, resolving issues related to various technologies such as Active Directory, Office 365, Single Sign-On (SSO), and remote control applications Assist in managing user accounts, including the creation, modification, and deactivation within Active Directory Troubleshoot and resolve issues related to email, collaboration tools, and cloud services in Office 365 Implement and support SSO solutions to improve user experience and security Utilize remote control software to diagnose and resolve user issues efficiently Document support processes and maintain accurate records of user interactions and resolutions Collaborate with team members to identify and implement improvements to support processes and systems Stay updated on industry trends and best practices to enhance service delivery Utilize skills in Android Development, Cisco Technologies, Citrix Technologies, Mac Computers, Microsoft, Active Directory, Apple Devices, Computer Hardware, Configuration Management, Deployments, Single Sign-On, ConnectWise, and SolarWinds to perform tasks effectively. Requirements Proficiency in Android Development Experience with Cisco Technologies Knowledge of Citrix Technologies Familiarity with Mac Computers Proficiency in Microsoft products Familiarity with Active Directory Experience handling Apple Devices Knowledge of Computer Hardware Experience in Configuration Management Familiarity with Deployments Knowledge of Single Sign-On Experience with ConnectWise Familiarity with SolarWinds Ability to work in a team and independently Excellent problem-solving skills Ability to communicate effectively with both technical and non-technical stakeholders Proven ability to handle multiple tasks concurrently Attention to detail and high level of accuracy Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines Proven commitment to continual learning and upskilling.
