In this role your mission will be to ensure the consistently high delivery of the operations and execution of programs and projects across the Talent Management team.Essential Functions:You will own the way in which Talent Management reports its progress and impact to both the business and the People Team in partnership with the Analytics team you will establish the sound reporting dashboards and mechanisms, maintaining our talent data, and crafting the appropriate narrative to story-tell the facts.You will intuitively be able to identify opportunities to streamline, automate and improve our processes to strengthen the foundations for long term success.  Processes you will be involved in will include: Promotions, OKRs, Quarterly Conversations, Annual Review, Segmentation, and Org and Talent Planning.You will eagerly provide creative support to your Talent Management colleagues by producing the PowerPoint decks that support strategic decision making and enablement, the presentations will deliver a powerful message, with seamless flow and crisp impact through the narrative and use of data.You will also own the Grow@Visa intranet pages where Talent projects its messages, maintaining the content and initiating updates to ensure colleagues across Visa have the most updated information at their fingertips.You will quickly become the program owner for some of the more established or new to launch programs which drive the engagement, growth and inclusion of our employees and leaders across Visa’s global workforce. This is a hybrid position. Hybrid employees can alternate time between both remote and office. Employees in hybrid roles are expected to work from the office 2-3 set days a week (determined by leadership/site), with a general guidepost of being in the office 50% or more of the time based on business needs.
