Tech Support Agent

Description We are offering a contract to permanent employment opportunity for a dedicated Tech Support Agent to join our client's team in Vinings, GA. In this role, you will provide first-line cellular support and address customer service requests over the phone. You will be the primary point of contact for customers seeking assistance with their cellular services, ensuring they receive timely and effective solutions. Key Responsibilities: Handle incoming customer calls, providing technical support and resolving issues related to cellular services. Address and resolve customer inquiries, complaints, and service requests with professionalism and empathy. Troubleshoot and diagnose technical problems, offering step-by-step guidance to customers. Document and track customer interactions and resolutions accurately. Maintain up-to-date knowledge of our products, services, and troubleshooting procedures. Requirements Qualifications: Strong communication skills and a friendly, patient demeanor. Previous experience in tech support or customer service preferred. Ability to troubleshoot and resolve technical issues over the phone. Flexible to work 1pm to 10pm, including one weekend day per week. Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
