Purpose:The Technical Product Manager (TPM) will be part of the Global Product Services group that oversees product lines for the company. As a TPM, you will work with the program management and the engineering teams to ensure timely delivery of solutions for clients and partners. You will participate in solution architecture design and API specifications to ensure that the solution is extensible and can scale to support multiple regions.  This role is an individual contributor role dedicated to agile processes working cross-functionally with internal and external stakeholders.Essential Functions:Define product vision, roadmap, and growth opportunitiesHelp solve problems at a global scale or for specific countries or regionsLead backlog refinement, iteration planning, and elaboration of the user stories in partnership with our technology and product design teamsCollaborate with internal teams to translate business requirements into technical functional requirements and be able to articulate those to the engineering teamWork with the team to support new innovative features and productsPartner with the product delivery and commercialization teams to create support and training materials for internal and external usersParticipate in mitigating impediments to successful team completion of release and sprint goalsKeep relevant in agile best practices and trends Communicate clearly and regularly on timelines, product features, and enhancements to cross-functional groupsServe as a subject matter expert to internal teams and key clientsCompetencies:Strong communicator capable of developing clear and concise messaging from complex or technical ideas.Demonstrates an understanding of core business drivers that influence the operational and financial results of a program or commercial release.Strategic, well-organized individual that pays attention to details.Possess a unique blend of business and technical savvy.Successfully handle multiple priorities against tight deadlines.Analyze the market to understand problems and find innovative solutions for the broader market.Proficient in running cross-functional meetings to clarify, define, and track client and market opportunities.This is a hybrid position. Expectation of days in office will be confirmed by your Hiring Manager.This team is looking for someone who can work in the Altanta office in a hybrid model -  this would be 3 days a week in the offices,  we are not hiring for a remote position
