Job Description: This is a full-time position at a small chiropractic practice.
Monday thru Thursday
Job Duties:
- Have a pleasant demeanor
- Greet patients and check-in/check-out patients using electronic health record software.
- Scheduling patients both in person and on the telephone.
- Case Management: organizing electronic charts/documents - Assist doctor with basic clinical support, such as assisting patients with rehabilitation exercises and physical therapy
- Medical billing/coding. Verify patient insurance and review/post insurance payments into computer system. - Contact insurance companies about unpaid or disputed insurance claims.
- Help maintain, track, and order inventory for office retail products.
- Assist with outside marketing events and programs to help promote our practice and maintain our excellent reputation in the community.
- Clean the office (dust, vacuum and remove trash)
Required skills and expertise: Candidate must be HIGH- ENERGY, PEOPLE-PERSON, and SELF-MOTIVATED.
Preferred skills and expertise: Experience in customer service.
