Answer phones, schedule and confirm appointments
Scan, file, fax and make copies
Prepare client files
Excellent Oral, written and interpersonal communication skills
Be able to make calls and handle administrative matters, paying bills, ordering supplies etc
Must know Outlook and Quickbooks, and be able reconcile bank accounts. CPA Firm Experience A Plus, Positions includes both financial and administrative work, invoicing, paying bills, organizing finances, organizing files and communication with clients and managing office supplies. Must be very organized and computer proficient. Tax Preparation Experience a Plus.
