Part-time (with the potential for full time for the right person)
Local Conference Management Company located in Roswell, GA seeking Administrative Assistant to perform a variety of administrative tasks for small business. The ideal candidate will be a team player that is willing to wear multiple hats, have excellent oral and written communication skills, organized and dependable.
Responsibilities:
-Answer phones and return messages
-Customer support, answering conference questions, eventually will help with technical support questions the more you learn about the business.
-Office admin duties such as mailing, shipping, ordering supplies, etc.
-Support for all team members on projects as needed, including but not limited to, marketing projects, conference registrations, mailings, etc.
-Research as needed
-Proofreading
-Possible opportunity to travel to a couple shows for onsite cross training.
Skills:
Word, Excel, MS office, Teams, Zoom - anything else is a plus
Marketing or event/trade show experience a plus but not required.
You will expected to be in the office, Part-time 25 hours per week, business days/hours, potentially will turn into full time for the right person.
Compensation range $18 hour, negotiable, commensurate with experience
