Bilingual (Spanish) a must
Must be proficient with Microsoft Office (Excel and Word) and Google (Gmail, docs and calendars)
High School diploma or equivalent
Manage leads and follow-ups through calendar
Understand all available Property and Lead reports
Provide excellent customer service, proactively respond to needs and improve the resident experience
Manage the leasing cycle, including generating applications, screening, online lease signing, move in & lease renewal process, and inspections
