Falling Leaves (www.fallingleaves.info) is currently seeking an experienced Landscape Installation/Enhancement Team Leader.
The Enhancement Team Leader (ETL) provides leadership and direction to the Enhancement Team. This person will have constant interaction with the Enhancement Manager and Team Members. The ETL serves as the working supervisor on the job site and is actively involved in the complete hardscape, plant, and soft-scape installation. Organization using 5S on job-site, trucks and warehouse areas is key to production and organization. Individual must be organized and have strong attention to detail. This position requires a strong work ethic and is committed to achieving goals.
A valid GA driver's license with no violations for the past 3 years, and a second form of ID are REQUIRED. All job offers are pending background check and drug screening.
REQUIRED:
- At least 3 years' experience working in landscape construction/enhancements
- At least 1 year experience as a Crew Leader/Foreman in the landscape industry (Must have 3 qualifying references)
- Authorized to work in the U.S.
- Valid driver's license and clean Motor Vehicle Record (no violations for the past 3 years)
- Ability to pass a drug screening and DOT Physical
- Lift at least 50 pounds
- Meet physical demands of the job - including ability to work outdoors in high/low temperatures
- Work with minimal supervision and lead a team of 2-3 people in an efficient and productive
manner
- Bi-lingual (English/Spanish)
This position requires a strong work ethic and commitment to quality of work within the budgeted hours. Individual must be organized and have strong attention to detail.
Our ideal candidates must be responsible for driving the Team safely; and be flexible enough to work with different personalities. Our teams usually run Monday-Thursday, 7:00am-5:45pm, with some opportunity for extra hours on Friday's when needed.
