Develop and execute a comprehensive content marketing strategy in alignment with overall marketing objectives.

Conduct thorough market research and competitor analysis to identify content opportunities and industry trends.

Create content plans tailored to each target audience personas segment.

Work with our creative team to produce engaging, high-quality, and SEO-optimized content for various channels, including blog posts, articles, case studies, infographics, videos, and more.

Collaborate with subject matter experts, designers, and other stakeholders to create compelling content that addresses customer pain points and solves their challenges.

Ensure all content adheres to brand guidelines, maintains a consistent tone of voice, and resonates with the target audience.

Develop a distribution strategy to maximize the reach and impact of content across various digital channels, including social media, email campaigns, and third-party platforms.

Utilize SEO best practices to optimize content for search engines and increase organic visibility.

Monitor content marketing performance metrics, including website traffic, engagement, conversion rates, and lead generation.

Use data-driven insights to continuously improve content strategies, making data-backed recommendations for optimization.

Collaborate with the marketing team and other departments to integrate content marketing initiatives into broader marketing campaigns.

Basic Qualifications

5+ years of work experience as a Marketing Content Manager or a similar role.

Bachelor's or advanced degree in marketing, communications, journalism, or a related field.

Preferred Skills & Experience

Demonstrated experience in content creation, including blog posts, articles, and multimedia content.

Familiarity with SEO best practices and content distribution strategies.

Proficiency in using content management systems and marketing automation tools.

Strong written and verbal communication skills with exceptional storytelling abilities.

Location-specific compensation:California - Anticipated compensation for this position is $80-90k. In coordination with the USPFO, request/directs loans of equipment to and from entities outside of the command/state, preparing inter-service support agreements and memorandums of agreement as appropriate. Advises the DOL Logistics Management Officer (LMO) on command supply and services status and recommends support required for current and proposed operations. Collects and consolidates data for areas in which operations are anticipated. Develops, implements and evaluates the effectiveness of the Command Supply Discipline Program.
