Receive, process, and complete client requests, and raise complex issues as needed.

Research and resolve end-user IWMS application service requests and incidents.

Suggest service and process improvement methods.

Assist Workplace Strategy Lead in developing and ensuring adherence to Playbooks and best practices.

Maintain a strong and positive relationship with colleagues and clients.

Act in accordance with the contracted service level agreement and maintain high-level customer satisfaction ratings.

Align with and extend quality assurance procedures, including auditing records or a change control log to monitor work history.

Other duties may be assigned.

Associate’s degree with 1 -3 years of experience. Bachelor's degree preferred or equivalent combination of education and experience.

Knowledge or experience in construction, architecture, and/or facilities management is helpful

Understanding of existing procedures and standards to tackle slightly sophisticated problems.

Ability to analyze possible solutions using technical experience to apply appropriate judgment and precedents.

Solid understanding of Tririga Portfolio, Lease, Space, and CAD Integrator modules (user level)

Proficiency with Google Suites.

In-depth knowledge of Microsoft Office products. Examples include Word, Excel, Outlook, etc.

Experience with AutoCAD is a plus.

Strong interpersonal skills with an inquisitive mindset.

The minimum compensation for the IWMS Specialist position is $33.65 per hour and the maximum compensation for the position is $50.00 per hour.   • Summary THIS IS A NATIONAL GUARD TITLE 32 EXCEPTED SERVICE POSITION. This National Guard position is for a SUPPLY MANAGEMENT SPECIALIST, Position Description Number D0883P01 and is part of the ME DCSLOG, National Guard. Responsibilities This position is located in the Army National Guard ARNG, Deputy Chief of Staff for Logistics/G4 (DCSLOG/G4), Distribution Management Division, supply and Services Branch. Its purpose is to plan, organize, direct, coordinate and manage all command supply and services functions. Plans, organizes and manages supply and services functions to include command equipment/property readiness/accountability management. Formulates and implements command supply operating procedures and policies necessary to support units. Ensures unit responsibilities for receipting and accounting of equipment and supplies are met. Develops and manages the state logistics contingency stockage plan and coordinates the plan with the USPFO. Implements the Chief of Staff of the Army Supply Excellence Award Program. Administers the command equipment loan program. Serves as the focal point for approval of the loan of command equipment within the state ARNG. Directs the loan of equipment between units within the command. In coordination with the USPFO, request/directs loans of equipment to and from entities outside of the command/state, preparing inter-service support agreements and memorandums of agreement as appropriate. Advises the DOL Logistics Management Officer (LMO) on command supply and services status and recommends support required for current and proposed operations. Collects and consolidates data for areas in which operations are anticipated. Develops, implements and evaluates the effectiveness of the Command Supply Discipline Program. Provides guidance on interpretation of directives and assists units, organizations and activities in supply and services matters. Manages the command property program within units of the state to ensure Equipment on Hand (EOH) readiness is met, in conjunction with State Readiness Committee guidelines. Conducts an assessment of all EOH within units of the state and directs equipment redistribution within the command based on EOH policy as developed by the Plans and Policy Office of the DCSLOG/G4. Maintains current command supply analysis on trends of effectiveness and efficiency. Directs actions to improve/correct undesirable supply conditions, practices and policy in the command. Manages, controls, analyzes and recommends corrective action for property losses in the command.
